For The Record! Benefit Show for WOAR (Philadelphia Center for Sexual Violence)
Flux, President
(2021-2022)

Flux is a student-run music event production club at Drexel University. It organizes and promotes shows in various locations around campus, championing local live music and student bands/artists. Invited on part of The Teal Chronicles, a week-long initiative engaging student groups at Drexel to facilitate programming around sexual harassment and awareness, I conceptualized the idea for a benefit show to facilitate conversation, share resources, and empower survivors of sexual violence on Drexel’s campus. The concert was attended by over 200 people and raised $3,553 in donations through ticket and t-shirt sales.

  • Developed partnership with WOAR and World Cafe Live
  • Secured sponsored budget from the presidents office to cover talent and production costs
  • Designed marketing materials and communications, print and digital media
  • Attended by over 200 people and raised $3,553 in donations through ticket and t-shirt sales, donated directly to WOAR
